Menu Hover Exploration

5 different hover treatments for the fat menu. Hover over each type card to see the effect. Pick your favorite and we'll implement it everywhere.

Option 1: Subtle Tint + Border Growth + Lift

5% color tint + top border grows 4px → 6px + lifts 2px up. Very subtle.

Option 2: Stronger Tint + Thicker Border

12% color tint + top border grows 4px → 8px. More obvious, no lift.

Option 3: Full Color Background + White Text

Full type-color background + white text. Bold and clear, but might be too intense.

Option 4: Left Accent Bar + Subtle BG

8px colored left border appears + 8% tint. Different accent direction (left vs top).

Option 5: Shadow + Lift (No Color Change)

Shadow + 4px lift, no color change. Neutral hover that works for all types equally.
